I have always had a story to tell and, like so many of us, daily life intervened when I most wanted to write. I was unable to find the time to write for several years. Every time I found a bit of quiet time to develop my AI story, an email or a phone call would send me in a new direction. After 2 years or so, I had way too many confusing stops and starts in my novel. Finding the right place, the right version and the right paragraph to write in became frustrating. In those days I was working in Microsoft Word.

Moving files and text around and between files worked. Scrolling was easy and I read all of my edits. The importing I did was trouble free. Nothing crashed. I was ecstatic.
Then I discovered that no matter where I was planning on publishing, Scrivener had a template to help me with the layout. Ebooks, novels, short stories all were just a few clicks away from a great layout for the publication. I didn’t have to worry about the time that would be needed to complete the layout of the document. It was ready for me when I started writing.
My life is better now, I have extensive time to write. I found all my notes and my novels and I am progressing with my writing at long last. I credit Scrivener for erasing the challenge and allowing me to concentrate on the stories.
